Project 2 soundclip

My approach to the project was to first listen to the entire soundbite so I knew what I had to work with. I decided about a quarter into listening to it that I wanted to make a funny clip about sex and drugs since there was just a plethora of things that could easily be made to sound the wrong way. So humor was like my guiding light. What could I do to make the narrative funny. As I listened I took down notes of what I'd like to use, and how I could make them fit together. I don't think that my audio creates any specific emotion, other than humor. It's just suppose to make you laugh, maybe roll your eyes a little. The work was tedious but I did enjoy making the audio clip. I'm sure I looked a little crazy as I laughed out loud in my class room when I would hear something that would fit perfectly into my little perverted monologue. It was a little nerve racking to edit things just right and their were a few things that didn't turn out as seamless as I would have hoped but overall I liked the end product. Before I started on the humor theme I was thinking that this would be a great clip for like a zombie story or something like that, but I figured that matching that to a video would be too hard because it's so specific. Specific things would have to be shown or it wouldn't match up. I figured the video would be something from the 50's and so I was sure I'd find ample shots for what I need, since classy, old, white guys were all the rage in 50's movies and t.v. I was pretty confident that I could easily match up my dialogue with nearly any video provided. I think it's successful, or more on the way to being successful. It's kinda short, and I didn't really add an intro or an exit. It just kinda starts and then stops. But it works, I like it, and hopefully I didn't accidentally lose everything I worked on today. I bet I did, damn machines are out to get me, I know it!
